Are you Searching for Homes Online, through the MLS, Newspapers, Foreclosure/REO Sites, and Open Houses? Great! But... That may not be enough!

1) Expired Listings: I will check the Expired and Withdrawn listings (ie,call the Agents going back 6 months). 2) Pocket Listings: I will contact area Agents to see if they have Pocket Listings.
3) Potential Sellers: Many Agents know of Sellers that would be willing to sell but don't have their home on the market. I will contact these Agents.
