International Buyers - Sizing Up the California Market.

Here is what International Buyers need to know to get a loan in the U.S.
Loan Requirements:
30% downpayment (30% of your offer price).
Maximum loan is $1.5m.
No social security # is required.
Must open a U.S. bank account with the 30%.
Must have a Valid passport.
Stated income used.
F.I.C.O. score should be in the high 700's.
