Buyers Hurry!--Housing Market doing a 180

Homes are now more affordable then they have been in years. 
As soon as I state this, the market could turn the other way. It may be many months before we see balance in the markets, but it is coming. Price reductions have increased dramatically in the past 2 weeks as Sellers look towards the Summer selling months. Homes are no longer as overpriced as they were last year and it seems rational to believe the floor is near.
Buyers are looking for a sign that they are at the floor. Some are waiting for this elusive sign before putting in offers. Sooner or later, the fact that housing is more affordable will sink in. That's when the market will turn. Just remember, there is no "Bell" at the bottom.
