The Pacific Palisades communities of Marquez and Marquez Knolls are located in the heart of Pacific Palisades between the Summit and Temescal Canyon Road. This family orientated neighborhood located in the hills of Pacific Palisades offers close proximity to many of the schools including Palisades high school and Marquez elementary school as well as a close distance to the Village with shops, restaurants, and markets. There is no formal homeowner association in Marquez and Marquez Knolls and nearly all of the homes are custom-built.

Homes in Marquez Knolls range from about $2 million up to $16 million with the average being around $5 million. Homes are designed to be low-cost electricity homes and the community was originally developed back in 1950. The border to Marquez Knolls is Palisades Drive to the west and Sunset Boulevard and Bienvenida Ave to the east. There are a few restaurants along Sunset Boulevard and most residents are no more than five minutes from the beach and Highway one. At any given time there are roughly 10 to 15 properties for sale.
Schools
Residents are part of the Los Angeles Unified School Districtand students are assigned to the Marquez Charter school, the Paul Revere middle school, and the Palisades Charter high school. The elementary charter school and the high school are all located within the borders of Marquez and Marquez Knolls.
