Please check with current listings on any details when it comes to homeowner association fees and dues.
The Via de la Paz Bluff homes are in the Palisades Elementary District but the El Medio Bluff homes are part of the Marquez Elementary district. Residents are assigned to either the Marquez charter school, the Paul Revere middle school, or the Palisades charter high school.
